Para la realización de mi proyecto “1010 Novias en Pergamino” realicé un vestido de pergamino a cada una de las 1010 mujeres que fotografié. Cada vestido un ejemplar único. Una experiencia encantadora para todas las que participaron. Desde entonces he continuado trabajando con todo tipo de papel, creando nuevos diseños, he estado aprendiendo y confeccionando papel (washi, kinkarakami), y al mismo tiempo realizando esculturas, collares, maniquies-lámparas y otros vestidos y escenarios.
For my project "1010 Parchment Brides" I made a unique dress of parchment paper for each of the 1010 women I photographed. A wonderful experience for all the participants. It was just inspiration! Since then I continued working with all kinds of paper, creating new designs, learning and making paper (washi, kinkarakami), and at the same time making sculptures, necklaces, mannequin-lamps (lighting mannequins illuminated from the inside) and other dresses.
Für die Realisierung meines Projektes „1010 Pergamentbräute“ (2010), entwarf und fertigte ich ganz individuell Pergamentbrautkleider. Diese Pergamentbräute fotografierte ich. Jede für sich einzigartig. Eine bezaubernde Erfahrung für alle Mitwirkenden! Das war reine Inspiration, und danach kam mein Eintauchen in die Welt des Papiers. Seitdem habe ich durch Arbeit mit jeglicher Art von Papier neue Gestaltungsformen entwickelt. Ich habe mich weitergebildet und Papier selbst hergestellt (Washi, Kinkarakami). Aus verschiedenartigem Papier schuf ich plastische Figuren, Ketten, „Lampenschirm-Schaufensterpuppen“ (von innen heraus beleuchtete Schaufensterpuppen), sonstige Kleidung und Szenerien.
